Choa B. B. Pal Vidyaniketan grew into a respected institution under his leadership.
Developed school land into a fruit garden (bagan), allowing students to enjoy fruits free of cost.
Established a vocational training institute to develop practical skills among students.
Built a 500-capacity auditorium and a sports field to encourage holistic development.
